  The decent service was not enough to make up for make up for its many shortcomings. The food was possibly the worst that I have had at any restaurant. With regards to the atmosphere, the best you will find is dull and dinghy. Don't be lured in by the idea of a cheap, all you can eat buffet. Eat somewhere else.
