  I had a plumbing issue as an off-site landlord in Ocean Towers, Wildwood. I live about 2 hours away. It was reported Thursday night, and I knew I had the tools and the parts to handle that. But with Fall coming, I also knew that I had a problem with my heater that I needed to get solved. So I sent an email to Bowman's that night. Michelle called me at 9am the next morning and worked me into their schedule. The man that showed up was personable and knowledgeable. At the end, he showed me all the rusted parts that he had taken out and replaced. Also he was concerned about, get this...The amount of noise the furnace made. He placed in noise filters and made us very happy! We always just expected that the furnace would make that noise...nope! Very professional company. Afterwards, stopped by their office, dropped a set of keys in Michelle's hand and said, "you have my business".

  Extremely unprofessional and rude!! I'm not even a customer and was disrespected and cursed out by an older man who I am assuming is one of the owners with gray hair and glasses all because I parked by their lot for less than a minute! Horrible horrible people.
