  This room was very disappointing. We had an oceanfront view which was the only nice thing about this room. Here is what we experienced...
  1. The room is tiny. You can walk across the whole room in 5 short strides. The bed takes up the majority of the room, and the bathroom door can be reached from one side of the bed. Talk about unsettling having to sleep within arms distance of the bathroom!
  2. The bed is the most uncomfortable thing I've slept on in any hotel I've been in. This bed has springs that you can feel when you lay down. I sat on the bed and was surprised at how I bounced back up like it was a trampoline. The pillows are flat and you only get 1 per person. When we asked for extra pillows we were only given one and that was flat as well.
  3. The door to the balcony does not have a piece of glass in it that came with the door, which leaves us to hear every, and I mean EVERY noise outside. It sounds like we have a window open even though we don't and we figured out it's because there is not a piece of glass in the door that needs to be there. We can hear cars driving by as if we were sitting right next to the road on the ground. We can hear seagulls, people talking, literally everything going on outside. We had to buy earplugs and blast the air conditioner just to muffle the outside sounds so we could sleep.
  4. The whole place is run down and outdated. A few examples are the actual keys used to get in rooms, the bathroom that looks like it's from the 1960s, the fact that there is no alarm clock or phone to call to the front desk in the room, the old 16 inch tube tv hanging from the ceiling with a slightly larger flat screen connected by a wire underneath, and the fact that there is no microwave in our room. The price that we paid for five nights is definitely not worth the stay here.
  5. Besides the outdated and run down aspects, the view is nice and the location is convenient. The staff member was as helpful as he could be, but did not 100% solve our issues.
  
  The only good thing about this place is the pool/jacuzzi/bar.
